Where I've worked.

At Cimpress, I have worked across the main order pipeline, from merchant intake through handoff to fulfillment. The work includes microservice development, AWS infrastructure ownership, monitoring, logging, and production incident response.

• Moved to Merchant Orders while that team shifted from Vista into Cimpress, then ramped up quickly in a Java microservice architecture at the top of the Vistaprint order funnel.
• Found a race condition in a payment listener that caused duplicate fulfillments. Built DynamoDB idempotency and conditional-write deduplication that eliminated it and saved over $100K each year.
• Handle frontline production incidents across both services and infrastructure, using AWS plus monitoring and logging tooling to triage failures quickly. Wrote remediation scripts that recovered thousands of bad finance invoices before they spread downstream.
• Lead technical discovery with partner teams when initiatives stall, then turn business bottlenecks into concrete engineering plans people can execute.

• Worked across the main OPTIC order path in a multi-language microservice architecture, covering both application work and infrastructure responsibilities in AWS, monitoring, and logging.
• Reworked the FRWC step generator to skip redundant artwork processing, cutting order processing time by 94.6%.
• Mapped an undocumented React and Java complaints service, shipped Amazon-deadline features ahead of schedule, and reduced support agents' average handling time.
• Migrated 20+ microservices from Auth0 to Customizr and OAuth, completed the OPA API move 10 days early, and reduced third-party API costs.
